marco de la prevenci\u00f3n y detecci\u00f3n temprana de c\u00e1ncer de mama, y apostando a una estrategia m\u00e1s efectiva y eficiente, se cre\u00f3 el Bono Saludable, cuya herramienta facilita de manera gratuita el tamizaje de mujeres en la Cl\u00ednica de mama.<\/p><p>Es importante destacar que el Bono tambi\u00e9n incluye un componente clave en la detecci\u00f3n del c\u00e1ncer cervicouterino, por tal raz\u00f3n en la Cl\u00ednica se facilita el tratamiento de lesiones pre-malignas a pacientes que lo requieran.<\/p><p>El Bono busca promover una cultura preventiva y facilitar el acceso a estudios de detecci\u00f3n temprana a mujeres de escasos recursos de nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/p><p>Cada Bono facilita:<\/p><ul><li>Charla educativa sobre c\u00e1ncer de mama<\/li><li>Material informativo sobre s\u00edntomas de alerta y autoexamen de mama<\/li><li>Mamograf\u00eda<\/li><li>Ultrasonido mamario<\/li><li>Papanicolaou<\/li><li>Examen cl\u00ednico<\/li><li>Consulta m\u00e9dica<\/li><li>Seguimiento de 3 o 6 meses, 1 a\u00f1o o 2 a\u00f1os (seg\u00fan corresponda el caso)<\/li><\/ul><p>Perfil de las beneficiarias:<\/p><ul><li>Nicarag\u00fcense.<\/li><li>Mujeres entre los 40-70 a\u00f1os de edad principalmente.<\/li><li>Mujeres que NO poseen seguro social o seguro medico de ning\u00fan tipo.<\/li><li>Mujeres de escasos recursos econ\u00f3micos.<\/li><li>Mujeres con o sin antecedente familiar de c\u00e1ncer de mama.<\/li><li>Mujeres sintom\u00e1ticas o asintom\u00e1ticas de alerta de c\u00e1ncer de m\u00e9dicos gratuitos con el Bono Saludable*<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ser nicarag\u00fcense.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tener entre 35-70 a\u00f1os de edad. En caso de ser menor de 35 a\u00f1os de edad deber\u00e1 tener antecedente familiar con c\u00e1ncer de mama comprobado o presentar orden de examen de alg\u00fan centro de salud.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ingreso mensual menor o igual a C$5,000 c\u00f3rdobas.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No poseer Seguro Social.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No haber sido tratada por c\u00e1ncer anteriormente.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* Durante la primera consulta con el Bono Saludable se realiza un control mamogr\u00e1fico y Papanicolaou.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* A los 2 a\u00f1os de la primera consulta se realiza un segundo control mamografico.
